Every week we pay each driver an advanced payment based on the hours worked the week before. This amount is an approximate amount and will be sent without a pay slip. As we have payments on a weekly basis you do not have to wait long until you have your well deserved money in your pocket.
Missing deposits are automatically deducted from the advanced payment. So if you do the deposit right after the end of your shift each time, you will receive the entire advanced payment. However, there could be additional deductions, such as the depot for the equipment that we provide you, as well as any carryover from the previous month.
If an advanced payment is not paid in full (for example, because a deposit is missing), the missing amount will automatically be paid out the following week, as long as everything has been paid by you.
At the latest on the 5th working day of the following month, we assess the whole month and create the detailed pay slip. We check all deposits and all advance payments are included. If, for example, the advanced payments were underpaid, a compensation payment will be made at that time.
If you prefer to be paid on a monthly basis, you get your salary as usual once a month and a corresponding pay slip will be sent to you. Your salary will then be transferred to your account within the first five working days of the following month.
How do I choose one or the other option?
It is quite simple: With just a single click in your driver profile, you can tell us which of the two variants you prefer: Log in with your driver account at https://operation.notimeapi.com/, visit the page My Profile> Personal Data and scroll down until you get to the case «I want to receive weekly advanced payments». If you ckeck the case, you will be paid weekly, if not, you will be paid monthly.
